SIEOC Community Action Agency Serving: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, and Union Counties. 888-292-5475 The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides assistance with the high cost of home energy to income eligible families or those experiencing utility emergencies. Included in EAP are: Heat Assistance starting in November and Cooling beginning in June (providing funds are available). Funding provided through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Act, State Oil Overcharge Funds, and Leveraging Incentive Program. |
